The system is traditionally taught in self paced, individualized practices that are a departure from more familiar instructor-led yoga classes. These classes allow practitioners more individual attention than any group class could allow. This type of class give practitioners explicit permission to shape each class to their individual needs with regards to pace intensity and duration.
